Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: There are no penalties or fees for being late to a scheduled lesson. However, if a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled and considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the lesson must be rescheduled, with the first rescheduling being free of charge. Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson to avoid it being considered a no-show. Students are allowed one free rescheduling of a lesson. Subsequent cancelations or reschedules will incur a fee of $25. If three consecutive cancelations occur, the remaining lessons will be forfeited without a refund, and no endorsements will be given for the lessons received. Lessons may be discontinued if a break is needed or if a situation arises where the lesson cannot be completed as planned. In such cases, the remaining time of the lesson will be credited towards the next scheduled lesson without any fee or penalty.
