Refund and Return Policy

All returns, including shipping costs, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that Heading 101 LLC does not guarantee that a return or refund will be accepted. Products in new and unused condition—free from writing, damage resulting from mishandling, accidents, or other issues not caused by the purchaser—may be exchanged or refunded within three (3) calendar days of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Online and digital products are not eligble for refunds.
