1. Age Requirement: All trainees must be at least 16 years of age to participate in flight training programs offered by Heading 101 LLC.

2. English Language Proficiency: Trainees must possess the ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently to ensure effective communication and understanding of flight training instructions and procedures.

3. Criminal Background Check: Trainees must have a clean criminal record and be free of drug-related, DUI (Driving Under the Influence), violent, or felony convictions. Heading 101 LLC reserves the right to conduct a background check if necessary.

4. Parental Consent for Minors: For individuals under the age of 18, parental consent is required. A legal guardian or parent must provide written consent for the participation of the minor in flight training activities.

5. Fitness for Flight: Trainees must provide demonstrable evidence of physical and mental fitness in accordance with the requirements outlined in 14 CFR Part 67. This may include a medical certificate or equivalent documentation from an authorized aviation medical examiner.

6. Proof of Citizenship or FTSP Screening: Trainees must provide proof of citizenship or completion of the FTSP (Flight Training Security Program) Homeland Security screening program, as required by applicable regulations.

7. Agreement to Heading 101 LLC Policies: Trainees are required to review and agree to Heading 101 LLC's policies, including but not limited to:

   a. Acknowledgment of Training Agreement: Trainees must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Heading 101 LLC Training Agreement.

   b. Waivers of Liability: Trainees must sign the necessary waivers of liability, releasing Heading 101 LLC from any claims or damages arising from participation in flight training activities.

   c. Video/Photo Release Agreement: Trainees must grant permission for Heading 101 LLC to use any video or photographic material taken during training for promotional or instructional purposes.

   d. Online Terms and Conditions: Trainees must agree to the online terms and conditions governing the use of Heading 101 LLC's website and online services.

   e. Privacy Policy: Trainees must acknowledge and consent to Heading 101 LLC's privacy policy, which outlines the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

   f. Payment Authorization Agreement: Trainees must authorize Heading 101 LLC to charge the designated payment method for services rendered, in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.​​
   g. Cancelation Policy: Our cancellation policy allows for free rescheduling of lessons, but late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will be considered a no-show, and subsequent cancellations or reschedules will incur a fee of $25. Read the full policy here.

By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you meet all the requirements mentioned above and agree to comply with Heading 101 LLC's policies and procedures. Failure to meet these requirements or abide by the policies may result in the cancellation or refusal of training services without refund.
