Cancellation Policy:

1. Late Arrival:

   • There are no penalties or fees for being late to a scheduled lesson.

   • However, if a student arrives more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be cancelled and considered a no-show.

2. No-Show and Rescheduling:

   • In the event of a no-show, the lesson must be rescheduled.

   • The first rescheduling will be free of charge.

   • Notice of cancellation must be given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the lesson to avoid it being considered a no-show.

3. Free Rescheduling:

   • Students are allowed one free rescheduling of a lesson.

4. Fees for Subsequent Cancellations or Reschedules:

   • Subsequent cancellations or reschedules will incur a fee of $25.

5. Consecutive Cancellations:

   • If three consecutive cancellations occur, the remaining lessons will be forfeited without a refund.

   • No endorsements will be given for the lessons received.

6. Discontinuation of Lessons:

   • Lessons may be discontinued if a break is needed or if a situation arises where the lesson cannot be completed as planned.

   • In such cases, the remaining time of the lesson will be credited towards the next scheduled lesson without any fee or penalty.
